I am at least 18 and I am putting forward my own story for consideration. This is a ten-minute podcast conversation about any experience I choose to share. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a date or guarantee that my story will be selected. AT THE CODE reviews requests and may decline a topic or ask me to change identifying details.
I will not include or speak the names of children, other private individuals, a local authority, schools, professionals, addresses, case numbers or facts that could identify them. This applies even if a case has ended or I won it. I will check the topic with AT THE CODE before the call and follow the host’s directions if identifying information arises. AT THE CODE can stop, edit or decline to publish a recording. I understand that a voice or appearance may still identify me; hiding a name is not a guarantee of anonymity.
The standard booking fee is £10 for one ten-minute recording slot. I sign this agreement before any payment is requested. If my request is accepted, AT THE CODE will either give me a secure payment link or tell me that Farrah has waived the fee for my request. A date is offered after payment is checked or the fee waiver is recorded. If AT THE CODE cannot offer a date after taking payment, the fee will be refunded. Any other cancellation or refund arrangements and my statutory rights will be explained before I pay; this agreement does not remove those rights.
This signature is for the waitlist and booking terms. It is not consent to start recording or to publish my image, voice or story. If a session is scheduled, I will see the recording purpose and be asked to acknowledge it separately before joining. Publication is separately reviewed and may require additional permissions.
AT THE CODE may use my name, email, safe contact instructions and brief story summary to review the request and arrange the booking. I will not put children’s names or sensitive case documents in this form. I can contact AT THE CODE to withdraw from the waitlist or ask about my data.
